By Clicking Submit I hereby forever release and discharge Lower Mt. Bethel Township and LMB/Sandt's Eddy Fire Company from any and all claims that it or they my have against the Township or Fire Company as a result of pertaining to, relating to, caused by or arising out of any action or occurrence while involved in any event at the premises or activities associated with the organization it's employees, members, or volunteers, attendees or agents on account of all loss or damage of any kind incurred or that may hereafter be incurred as a result of injuries or damage sustained by one or more attendees.
